Regestration before October 15th, 2026
- Conference fee: 4800 PLN
- Accompanying person fee: 4700 PLN
Regestration after October 15th, 2026
- Conference fee: 5000 PLN
- Accompanying person fee: 4900 PLN
The fee includes: conference materials, board and lodging, insurance, as well as the editing and publication of the book of abstracts.
The conference fee does not include the cost of bus travel Gliwice-Malè-Gliwice: 640 PLN
The cost of side events: 330 PLN
The cost of the exhibition stand: 1000 PLN/m2
All our Participants are covered by PZU Wojażer traveling assistance, medical expenses, AD&D, and liability insurance during the conference trip.
